ORDERING

 

There are two ways to place an order. You can click on Account and Register by using your email address and establishing a password. Having an account will allow you to manage your information, track orders,

receive sales alerts and more useful attributes. The second way to order, log in as guest. The( CUT-OFF) time 9am Sunday - Friday.


DELIVERIES

 

All deliveries require delivery confirmation.

Deliveries are made within 1- 5 business days.

Deliveries will be made by UPS and USPS.

Deliveries are made to only USA addresses ( not including Alaska and Hawaii and u.S. territories)


Shipping Fees

 

0 - $49.98 = $6.75 flat rate           $49.99+ = Free Shipping

 

Free Shipping - Total order must be $99 or more before taxes and after any discounts are applied. Special free shipping offers on selected products apply to standard shipping. All Monthly promotional offers apply to in-stock items only. Offers can not apply to previously placed orders. Shipping fees may change without further notice.


Order Cancellations or Modifications 

 

Order cancellations or modifications must be communicated by CUSTOMER to Family Green Store at customerservice@familygreenstore.com before 2pm Eastern Standard Time. Family Green Store will use its best efforts to honor order cancellation or modifications submitted. Notwithstanding, Family Green Store does not guarantee any changes can be made to an order after it has been submitted.


All Returned Goods

 

Family Green Store will accept returns for a limited period and for specific reasons. All Returned Product(s) must be undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold. Pre-approval for returns must be received by Family Green Store within 15 days from the shipment date of the Product to the shipping destination. Pre-approval shall be obtained by contacting Family Green Store at customerservice@familygreenstore.com before the Product is shipped back for credit. Any product defect issue past this 15 day period must be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the Product.

 

Family Green Store will issue credits for Products returned in the original packing and in resellable condition. If the manufacturer of a Product does not permit the return of the Product, Family Green Store will withhold authorization to return the Product. All returns for “Buyer’s Remorse” are subject to 15% restocking fee and no refund is made for the cost of outbound shipping cost. Any return Product that returned used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. CUSTOMER will be notified of rejected returns via email, and they may request the products be sent to them at their expense, plus a

 

Shipping of Products

 

(a) Upon payment in full by CUSTOMER will ship product order at the expense of the CUSTOMER.
(b) Family Green Store will be shipped the in-stock product(s) to the specified shipping destination within 1 – 7 business days so long as Family Green Store receives the Order on a business day before the daily cut-off of 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Cut-Off"). Any order submitted by Customer on a non-business day will be deemed received by Family Green Store on the next business day. “Business days” is inclusive of weekdays (Monday through Friday) and excludes weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays.
(c) Family Green Store offers UPS Ground and USPS shipping. Family Green Store will, in its sole discretion, select the most cost-efficient shipping method. Delivery confirmation is required and is not optional.
